If you want to dive into coaching. Regular and Blocks of coaching sessions are available. Each session lasts 1 hour and is used to develop a personal plan and evaluate progress, on the previously set goals, reflect on factors enhancing and inhibiting progress, and develop a step-by-step plan for identifying and achieving the next goals.
